Coach DJ’s track sessions take place at 6.45pm at Medway Park every Wednesday.
They are great for those who wish to better their running ability, whether it’s pace, stamina or a bit of both, these sessions will most definitely help you.
It will be a fully coach-led and structured session. From warm up to cool down, this activity, delivered from the safety of Medway Park, will see you go from strength to strength.
